AI4SE at FSE 2025

The ACM/IEEE International Conference on the Foundations of Software Engineering (FSE 2025) wrapped up this week in Trondheim, Norway, and AI4SE researchers from JetBrains and TU Delft featured in five different tracks and activities. (Try searching “JetBrains” or “Delft” in the conference program and you will spot us everywhere!)
Joint JetBrains-TU Delft highlights included:
- Tool Demonstration: A Multi‑agent Onboarding Assistant, live demo of our code‑exploration agent that combines RAG, CoT, and IDE integration, Andrei Ionescu, Sergey Titove, Maliheh Izadi
- Ideas, Visions & Reflections paper: HyperSeq: A Hyper‑Adaptive Representation for Predictive Sequencing of States, a new framework for modelling developer actions (arXiv), Roham Koohestani, Maliheh Izadi
- Doctoral Symposium posters:
- Workshop (AI-augemtned SDLC @ FSE 2025):
